Who Wants to Be a Gazillionaire turns the millionaire hot-seat into a last-one-standing survivor game. Everyone answers the same multiple-choice question from their phone at the same time. Get it wrong — or run out the clock — and you're eliminated. The money ladder climbs from easy questions to brutal ones, all the way to a gazillion.
Because the whole room plays every question simultaneously, there's no waiting for a single contestant — the field just thins out round after round until one player is left standing, or someone reaches the top of the ladder. The tension ratchets up as the questions get harder and the survivors get fewer, with the big screen showing who's still alive.
