Pixel Chameleon

Sabotage the pattern. Spot the sabotage.

👥 3–10 players💸 Free to play📱 Phone controllers📺 Big-screen host

Pixel Chameleon is hide-and-seek played on a shared canvas. Painters secretly blend fake marks into a growing pattern, trying to camouflage their sabotage, while one Spotter gets a limited number of taps to hunt the fakes out. It's bluff, blend, and bust.

The twist is the snowball: catch a painter and they flip to your side, turning the hunt into a momentum game that can swing hard in the final seconds. It rewards a good eye and a steady nerve from the Spotter, and sneaky restraint from the painters. With 3 to 10 players it stays tense without dragging.

How to play Pixel Chameleon

  1. 1Painters camouflage fake marks into a pattern
  2. 2The Spotter hunts the fakes with limited taps
  3. 3Catch a painter and they flip to your team — snowball the hunt!

Tips & strategy

  • As a painter, match the pattern's rhythm — a too-perfect or too-random mark gives you away.
  • As the Spotter, spend taps deliberately; flipping one painter early changes everything.
  • Watch hesitation — players who place marks too carefully are often hiding something.
